📋 Description

Every day, we help countless businesses optimize their delivery operations and drive success. •We're looking for an Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role to manage and grow client accounts through contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 Requirements

•Experience in last-mile logistics:  Background in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations. •Experience in a software company: Familiarity with SaaS products, particularly in a B2B environment. •Sales experience: Previous role in sales with a focus on account growth, ideally with quota-carrying responsibilities. •Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is required. •Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. •Problem-Solving: Ensuring customer issues are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours. •Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment. •Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across internal departments, including product and professional services.
