• Coordinate the schedules of remote and field technical resources • Create and assign service requests received through phone, email, or other means • Escalate support tickets involving computer desktop and network troubleshooting • Organize technician schedules for efficiency and productivity • Keep customers informed about incident progress, impending changes, and agreed outages • Serve as the client point of contact for all types of service requests • Monitor open service tickets and escalate requests as necessary to meet customer SLAs • Report IT Support resource utilization and successful completion of service requests • Ensure prompt entry of time and expenses • Support end-users with same-call resolution activities such as password resets when applicable • Perform additional duties as assigned
• Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills, communication, active listening, and customer care • Prior experience in a Managed Services environment • Knowledge of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services • Ability to appropriately match technical resources to technical issues • Positive attitude and self-motivation; ability to work in a fast-moving environment • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively • Typing skills for quick and accurate service request entry • 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Fully remote work environment • Work hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern)
