📋 Description

• Serve as the named relationship owner for Encamp’s network of waste data vendors and haulers • Drive monthly data delivery through proactive, email-first outreach ahead of deadlines, following up with phone calls when needed • Escalate and problem-solve late, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted data with the data team • Build and maintain accurate vendor records in Salesforce, including contacts, coverage, delivery history, and call notes • Track and report monthly vendor delivery performance • Establish and document a repeatable outreach cadence and escalation path • Identify and onboard new waste vendors and haulers as customer needs expand • Develop referral and partnership opportunities from existing vendor relationships • Represent the vendor network internally and provide market intelligence to data, product, and customer success teams • Upload data through the system and complete a basic quality check

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, account coordination, vendor management, or customer support role • Comfortable with email and phone outreach • Proactive stakeholder relationship management • Able to maintain relationships through repeated vendor follow-ups • Organized and self-directed, able to manage a large book of contacts and recurring monthly cycles • Habit of logging every interaction in a CRM; Salesforce experience is a plus • Curious about AI tools and willing to learn • Experience in waste, logistics, environmental services, or another vendor-heavy industry is a strong plus but not required • Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
