📋 Description

• Investigate issues using logs, debugging and code analysis to ensure accurate diagnosis • Monitor and report progress of actions until incidents are fully resolved • Involve other teams when necessary to promote agility and collaboration • Develop permanent solutions to eliminate recurring causes of failures • Validate and test technical deliverables before production deployment • Execute RDM (Request for Deployment Management) processes, including outside business hours • Create and maintain technical and operational documentation for clients and internal use • Create and optimize services and dashboards to ensure high availability and system performance • Work strategically on the development, maintenance and evolution of digital solutions • Perform monitoring, support, continuous improvement and development of new solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Extensive experience with enterprise applications and service-oriented architectures (SOA) • Specialization in Java Spring Boot and Java EE • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and development patterns • Analytical profile and good communication skills • Advanced technical capability for monitoring, support, continuous improvement and solution development • Self-management, proactivity and sound decision-making • Logical, structured and analytical reasoning for problem solving • Ability to translate technical topics for different audiences • Attention to detail, teamwork, resilience and commitment • Proficiency in Java • Solid experience developing robust and scalable applications • Experience with Java Spring Boot • Deep knowledge of Java EE • Experience with SOA and microservices architecture • Development of REST APIs, inter-service communication, scalability, resilience and decoupling • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases • Use of Hibernate and JPA • Experience with version control systems such as Git • Proven ability to implement unit and integration tests
