📋 Description

• Manage Custom Deployment Projects : Plan and execute custom cloud security deployments, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear project scopes and timelines. • Customer Engagement : Act as the primary customer contact, translating needs into technical requirements and fostering strong relationships. • Team Collaboration : Bridge Platform Architects, R&D, Field Sales, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and communicate technical updates. • Technical Oversight : Use cloud security knowledge to guide decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality deliverables. • Process Improvement : Maintain project documentation and optimize processes for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in cloud security or IT. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP). • Cloud or project management certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, PMP) are a plus.
