📋 Description

• Provide technical support to Dagster+ customers and open-source users. • Provide technical guidance on data orchestration, integration, and how to write pipelines in Dagster (Python). • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Dagster installations, integrations, and deployments. • Troubleshoot issues with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) to help customers implement solutions effectively. • Improve documentation for clarity and usability. • Improve support tooling and develop debugging resources to expedite issue resolution. • Provide feedback to engineering and product teams to drive product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support, software engineering, or a similar role. • Familiarity with Python • Hands-on experience with distributed systems, containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD workflows. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with empathy for clients and ability to advocate for their needs while representing the company effectively. • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges independently. • Proactive mindset for engaging with customer issues and driving improvement.
