📋 Description

• Support sales by reviewing requests for proposals and bid documents to understand project requirements • Prepare scopes of work and obtain competitive installation subcontracting quotes • Prepare quotes and generate proposals with the Project Team • Manage standard orders and custom projects involving installation subcontracting • Evaluate and verify project-related information • Communicate project details with stakeholders • Manage orders through design and manufacturing • Select and manage subcontractors • Coordinate project schedules and responsibilities internally and externally • Seek opportunities to improve profits and negotiate change orders • Analyze projects upon completion • Manage overall project success and budget • Travel to project job sites as required from order through customer acceptance • Work effectively as a team member with little supervision • Share and implement product and process improvement suggestions • Communicate with Sales, customers, and project team members • Perform other assigned duties to meet customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or a related field • Construction experience preferred • Strong verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft software • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment • Ability to travel, including evenings and weekends • Ability to travel by air and ground • Compliance with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy and successful motor vehicle record check • Fluent in English, written and verbal • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position
