📋 Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job • Increase throughput and decrease downtime • Perform regular preventive maintenance • Complete regular upgrades as directed by Beckman Coulter technical staff • Advocate for internal and external customers • Drive urgency to address customer needs promptly, emphasizing a first-time fix • Manage customer accounts in their entirety • Identify opportunities to add value through services, reagents, consumables, additional or new equipment leads, and service on non-agreement instruments • Build and grow strong customer relationships • Contribute to individual and district revenue success • Drive annual revenue targets • Support field service maintenance agreement growth through monthly recurring billing • Partner with Sales through lead generation initiatives • Achieve an expected year-over-year growth target of 8–10% • Report to the North Central Service Manager and work as part of the North Central District

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years Field Service experience OR Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, biological or life science, or a similar discipline, or equivalent military experience • Experience using standard test equipment to troubleshoot and service instrumentation • Excellent customer communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build strong relationships • Travel up to 50%, including driving and occasional flying, potentially with overnight stays • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is a plus • Repair field service experience in a related field/industry is a plus • Highly computer literate; Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, Sales Force, and ServiceMax experience is a plus
