📋 Description
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver NPD and value engineering programs from concept through launch • Drive stage-gate/tollgate execution by defining clear deliverables • Build and run the integrated project plan (schedule, critical path, resources, dependencies) • Establish project governance & stakeholder alignment • Own performance reporting & continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in life science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in product development, R&D, operations, and/or life science consumables • 3+ years in project management, including at least one product development program delivered to launch • Experience running stage-gate/design control in a regulated development/manufacturing environment • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) plus MS Project (or equivalent scheduling tool)
