📋 Description

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions • Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable business solutions • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource needs • Ensure projects follow defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for effective execution and issue resolution • Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies • Escalate issues through governance channels as appropriate • Provide timely project status reporting, including milestones, risks, and delivery health • Plan, execute, and implement projects to achieve business outcomes on time, on budget, and within scope • Ensure consistent, reliable, transparent, and efficient project execution and resource utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline • Project management and Danaher Business System (DBS) certification, including visual project management, problem solving, or daily management • Minimum of five years of project management experience serving as a project manager • Knowledge and experience using project management methodologies and tools • Expertise leading process improvement, operational change, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives • Experience applying traditional, agile, or hybrid project management approaches • Ability to influence, motivate, drive collaboration, and assess performance across project team members • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Facilitation and presentation skills • Ability to effectively interact with various organizational levels
