It partners with celebrity dancers, studios, and organizations to run large-scale events (competitions, championships, summits) and offers educational programming, scholarships, and branded merchandise via licensing partners. DanceOne serves students, teachers, dance studios and audiences through both live events and media coverage.

📋 Description

• Produce day-to-day marketing assets including social graphics, email headers, web banners, flyers, and program pages • Resize, adapt, and version approved campaign designs across placements and specifications • Prepare and package print-ready files for signage, banners, backdrops, and event collateral • Support the design team with photo retouching, file organization, and asset library upkeep • Apply brand guidelines accurately across concurrent requests • Incorporate feedback quickly • Create events, campaigns, and content for DanceOne’s dance brands and events

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of design experience, in-house or agency • Portfolio demonstrating production design and brand consistency • Solid graphic design fundamentals across digital and print • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Strong attention to detail with print production and file preparation • Ability to manage many requests concurrently and turn work around quickly • Receptive to feedback and reliable with brand guidelines • Enthusiasm for dance, events, and great design • Ability to work occasional weekends during peak event season
