DanceOne is a dance entertainment and events company that produces competitions, conventions, tours and national events to advance dance as a form of joyful self-expression. It partners with celebrity dancers, studios, and organizations to run large-scale events (competitions, championships, summits) and offers educational programming, scholarships, and branded merchandise via licensing partners. DanceOne serves students, teachers, dance studios and audiences through both live events and media coverage.

📋 Description

• Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. • Capture and edit short-form video on-site at events, including same-day recaps and behind-the-scenes content. • Monitor comments and DMs, engaging with dancers, studios, and parents in the DanceOne voice. • Pull weekly performance reports and flag trends, top posts, and emerging audio/formats. • Source and coordinate UGC and creator content, tracking rights and approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• Native fluency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, including short-form video. • Hands-on video capture and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). • Strong writing and community-management instincts in a brand voice. • Organized and reliable with scheduling, reporting, and rights/approvals. • Fast, trend-aware, and comfortable creating on-site at live events. • Genuine passion for dance and social storytelling. • 0–2 years of social media, content, or marketing experience (internships count). • A portfolio or sample channels demonstrating short-form video and social content. • Willingness to travel to events and work occasional weekends during peak season. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus.
