• 5+ years in a Paid Social role, with at least 4+ years of hands-on Meta experience • Deep understanding of Paid Social platforms, audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance optimization. • Proven track record managing and scaling Paid Social campaigns internationally across multiple markets, currencies, and languages. • A builder that loves to be hands on and in-platform • Performance marketing & analytical mindset.
