📋 Description

• Orchestrate and Drive Technical Programs: Lead the execution and delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs for International Launches, spanning multiple engineering teams and business functions. • Define Scope and Manage Readiness: Partner with stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics, and manage the end-to-end technical readiness for new market launches, coordinating efforts across all relevant engineering and data teams. • Manage Timelines, Dependencies and Risk: Actively manage technical dependencies, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and resolve cross-team execution bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery. • Maintain Program Visibility and Alignment: Establish clear communication, develop comprehensive roadmaps, milestone tracking, and program timelines to keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable. • Facilitate Technical Decisions: Drive technical decision-making and architectural trade-offs to ensure the global platform is scalable, performant, and resilient across diverse international technical landscapes. • Resolve Blockers and Mitigate Risk: Actively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, managing complex software delivery programs from conception through launch and optimization. • Proven track record of successfully & rapidly delivering large-scale technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, product platforms, and stakeholders. • Strong technical background with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and technical dependencies. • Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management platforms. • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences. • Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving measurable impact.
