📋 Description

• Own the operational engine driving customer activation • Build and operationalize the customer readiness model • Ensure customers complete key onboarding milestones before training • Create visibility into readiness gaps and drive resolution before go-live • Partner cross-functionally to eliminate delays between onboarding stages • Forecast training demand and align capacity with activation goals • Manage scheduling systems and translate data into staffing, scheduling, sequencing, and readiness decisions • Coordinate complex onboarding logistics for enterprise customers and multi-location group rollouts • Manage and develop Leads and Training Coordinators • Define ownership of readiness, scheduling, and workflows • Establish outcome-based performance metrics and coaching systems • Create scalable processes connecting onboarding, readiness, training, and activation • Standardize workflows and develop repeatable playbooks for large-scale, multi-location onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of operational experience in a scaling environment • Experience leading coordination-heavy or logistics-driven teams • Strong track record of building systems, playbooks, and scalable processes • Comfort owning capacity planning and throughput challenges • Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Strong data orientation — able to define performance, prioritize work, and improve outcomes • Ability to operate cross-functionally and create clarity across teams • Builder mindset with energy for structuring ambiguity • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for Dandy
