📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure the overall profitability of the regional operations center • Reach and exceed financial and referral goals • Manage staffing efficiencies throughout the team • Manage performance expectations and improvements for existing staff • Present management with regular reporting on requested topics • Oversee overall production, performance, and quality of the assigned region • Plan and organize daily production and operations activities • Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports • Coordinate with human resources, finance, IT, and business analysis/support departments • Determine labor needs to meet production goals • Hire and train new employees • Organize and oversee assigned staff schedules and work • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations • Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy • Oversee the deposition process at the request of the client or defense counsel • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred • Business experience in a Worker’s Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting preferred • Long Term / Short Term Disability Claims background preferred • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Exceptional communication skills • Clear understanding of company business lines • Critical thinking ability • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines • Computer literacy and typing skills • Must supply and support own internet services • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is required for work from home
