📋 Description
• Maintain, expand, and strategically source a network of expert witnesses • Understand client requirements to negotiate expert witness agreement terms • Proactively research and source specialists to meet evolving client litigation needs • Onboard new expert witnesses based on case demand • Maintain existing expert records • Lead complex negotiations and contract renewals • Handle sensitive client requests • Collaborate with operations
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of specialized recruiting experience • Proven track record sourcing non-traditional, highly technical roles • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
