📋 Description

• Provide strategic consulting and engagement leadership for complex data and AI transformation projects and programmes • Work closely with the Account Manager and technical/engineering leadership to grow strategic accounts • Own end-to-end success from solution design and SOW creation through delivery and business value realization • Drive alignment of technical delivery roadmaps with client strategy and measurable business objectives • Become an expert in a core vertical: Telecommunications, Agency, Media & Entertainment, or Financial Services & Insurance • Define large transformation programmes, including operating models and change management • Lead multi-stream data and AI transformation programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery • Maximize ROI by linking technical deliverables to measurable business outcomes and tracking post-deployment value realization • Apply and improve Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies in enterprise environments • Own account P&L, budgets, revenue forecasting, resource burn, margins, and profitability • Drive renewals and upselling opportunities; manage account health, stakeholders, forecasts, and strategic risks through RAID management • Manage executive and C-suite communications and expectations • Design and implement project governance systems for enterprise engagements • Improve Delivery function processes, operational efficiency, and programme management frameworks • Mentor and facilitate delivery teams • Ensure predictable delivery through milestone planning, scope management, resource monitoring, RAID logs, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience within a consulting firm, Big Four, Technical Consultancy, or software vendor focused on complex enterprise transformation • Experience managing large-scale data and/or AI transformation programs with million-plus dollar scope, multi-year duration, and 10+ team members • Proven expertise in pre-sales and commercial processes, including SOW creation, deal structuring, and managing scope through contracts • Exceptional senior and executive stakeholder management experience • Ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps in clear business language • Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience with financial management, forecasting, and P&L tracking for professional services engagements • Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid ways of working, particularly in enterprise data programs • Agile Project Management, Prince2, or Scrum certification • Experience with JIRA or similar ITS software • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Prior start-up/scale-up experience, managing multiple Project Managers, cloud certifications, and Salesforce or other CRM experience are bonus points
