• Lead discovery workshops with clients to gather complex business requirements, map current and future business processes (business process mapping), and align stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, design roadmaps, and effectively guide the development team. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and primary technical point of contact to simplify complexity and remove ambiguities. • Oversee milestone progress, manage the backlog, and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and data compliance validation. • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to catalog health, content governance, and channel readiness to recommend long-term PXM best practices.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst (BA), or Strategic Consultant in large-scale e-commerce environments. • Demonstrated experience facilitating client workshops, managing complex stakeholders, and mapping business processes. • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, think systemically, and understand inter-system dependencies (ERP, CRM, PIM). • Solid understanding of product data structures, catalog operations, attributes, and content governance. • Deep expertise in Akeneo PIM is a major asset. • Experience with other enterprise PIMs (Salsify, inRiver, Pimcore) or with complex ERP catalog structures, combined with a willingness to specialize in Akeneo, will be highly valued. • Excellent project coordination, roadmap management, and solution validation (UAT) skills. • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build lasting trusted relationships. • Mandatory fluency in English; French is a significant asset for collaborating with our clients in North America.
