📋 Description

• Provide immediate, customer-focused assistance to policyholders reporting insurance claims • Document initial loss details and activities • Determine based on protocol whether immediate adjuster attention is required • Coordinate with vendors as required • Review call reports, ensure calls have terminated properly, and forward accurate and complete reports • Provide personalized customer service • Arrange dispatch of adjusters or vendor partners when required • Field and answer branch inquiries and administer them to the appropriate area • Maintain a database of service lapses for root-cause analysis, report trends, and make recommendations to management • Review claim information to determine proper next steps according to client guidelines and service agreements

🎯 Requirements

• High Speed Internet with minimum 50 Mbps download and upload speeds for remote work • Post secondary education is required • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience is required • Knowledge of insurance/service industry or related experience preferred • Strong computer and telephone skills with an aptitude/ability to learn • Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English • Attention to detail • Team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Sound judgmental powers; ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs • Ability to adapt to change and meet changing demands, delays, or unexpected demands • Ability to work a seven-day rotating shift, including mandatory weekends, with an 8-hour shift between 7am and 12am • Full-time availability for 37.5 hours per week
