📋 Description

• Provide immediate, customer-focused assistance to policyholders reporting insurance claims • Document initial loss details and call activities • Determine according to protocol whether immediate adjuster attention is required • Coordinate with vendors as required • Review call reports and ensure calls have terminated properly • Forward accurate and complete call reports • Provide personalized customer service • Arrange dispatch of adjusters or vendor partners • Field branch inquiries and administer them to the appropriate area • Maintain a database of service lapses for root-cause analysis • Report trends and make recommendations to management • Review claim information to determine next steps under client guidelines and service agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education is required • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience is required • Knowledge of the insurance/service industry or related experience preferred • Strong computer and telephone skills • Aptitude and ability to learn • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English • Attention to detail • Team-oriented approach with commitment to quality and customer service • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Sound judgment and ability to manage difficult customer situations • Ability to respond promptly to customer needs and service requests • Ability to adapt to change and changing work-environment demands • Ability to work rotating shifts seven days a week, including mandatory weekends • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. • High-speed internet with minimum 50 Mbps download and upload speeds
