📋 Description

• Monitor after-hours claims line • Triage new claims against national/regional expectations • Meet or exceed client KPIs • Support national/regional operations by ensuring after-hours claims are triaged according to defined expectations • Create and build relationships within Emergency Claims Services • Meet or exceed contact timelines • Answer calls during the night shift while working from home

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience • Experience with property claims (Wind, Water, Fire, etc.) is an asset • Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered • Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics • Good investigative manner • Adjuster’s license, or currently pursuing CIP designation is required • Reliability and availability to answer calls when they come through • Ability to work from home • Quiet work environment to accept and triage calls during an 8-hour shift
