📋 Description

• Design the vision and implementation of data integration standards related to Epic and the DaVita enterprise • Contribute to the overall data management roadmap • Create short-term tactical solutions supporting long-term best practices • Collaborate with DVA IT and Epic on data governance, stewardship, and enterprise data integration frameworks • Advocate for interoperability standards and establish best practices • Identify system and process improvement opportunities • Design, develop, and implement data integration processes for Epic and associated systems • Serve as technical lead for Epic interoperability initiatives across the enterprise • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and development teams to establish integration standards and review solution designs • Oversee interoperability and Epic technology platform development and support • Create data architecture standards and best practices related to Epic • Conduct data design reviews and develop metadata • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency • Design and manage data exchange, transformation, and loading solutions • Support file transfers, HL7, FHIR, and other data exchange methods • Assist with planning, estimates, resource management, solution design, and stakeholder communication • Build relationships with business owners and architects • Support enterprise data integration road maps and standards • Oversee interoperability process development • Review solution designs for new trading partners • Recommend tools, software, applications, and systems • Coach, train, and create personal development plans for development team members

🎯 Requirements

• Direct, hands-on experience integrating with the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform is strictly required • Verifiable Epic experience • Bachelor’s Degree • 8-10 years of relevant experience • Experience designing and implementing Epic interoperability and integration solutions • Experience with HL7, FHIR, APIs, file transfers, and integration with enterprise applications
