• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple acute programs within designated hospital service areas. • Ensure excellence in patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team engagement. • Formulate and manage regional budgets in compliance with DaVita policies. • Oversee expense reports, payroll, and charge submissions for accuracy and ethical standards. • Provide financial training to Hospital Services Administrators and ensure adherence to company standards. • Shape and execute strategic plans for growth in partnership with the Division Vice President. • Supervise clinical and biomedical teams to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care. • Partner with Medical Directors to ensure appropriate treatment modalities.
• Current RN license in the state of practice required. • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. • 4–8 years of relevant experience in acute or hospital services management. • One year of acute hemodialysis experience required. • Experience in CQI methodology and working within a hospital environment. • Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners and communicate complex information clearly. • Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel as required.
