📋 Description

• Evaluate, implement, and administer enterprise cybersecurity platforms supporting DaVita’s IT Security program • Partner with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business groups to ensure projects comply with security policies and technical controls • Engineer, implement, and administer IT Security technical control solutions • Use tools to scan for, assess, and report vulnerabilities and incidents • Research, analyze, and evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party technology vendors and consultants • Review firewall rule requests and collaborate with requestors and the network team to implement least-privilege rulesets • Enhance security logging and integrate with a managed SIEM provider • Create and distribute security reports, including vulnerability reports tracking remediation • Optimize technologies and processes for IT Security Threat Analysts • Create and update runbooks, knowledge base articles, and technical guidelines • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in enterprise IT Security or IT System Administration • Experience in one or more of networking, server management, endpoint devices, or cloud computing • Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity and protecting information and information systems • Relevant certifications are a plus, including CISSP, CEH, GSEC, Security+, MCSE, RHCSA, and CCNA • Experience managing large enterprise security suites is a plus, including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Microsoft Office 365 • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Collaborative and relationship-building skills • Ability to work in a team and facilitate effective team interactions • Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities • Self-starter with initiative, urgency, and follow-through • Available for an on-call rotation, including primary on-call assignment for one week every 1–2 months
