📋 Description

• Sell DaXtra’s AI-powered recruitment technology solutions to staffing and recruitment organizations • Position DaXtra as an intelligence layer that enhances existing ATS and CRM platforms • Run consultative discovery conversations around recruiter productivity, candidate sourcing, search, matching, and database optimization • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to staffing and agency recruitment workflows • Manage opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and close • Build and develop your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to drive successful outcomes • Develop relationships with recruitment leaders, operations stakeholders, and technology decision-makers within staffing organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience • Experience selling recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, or HR tech solutions • Strong understanding of staffing, agency recruitment, or workforce solutions environments • Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills • Passion for AI, recruitment technology, and the future of staffing • Ability to position solutions within existing recruitment tech ecosystems
