📋 Description

• Deliver expert training and support in English and French to customers on Dealer Management Software. • Conduct virtual training sessions and onsite training for software installations. • Provide exceptional customer service and support continuous learning and collaboration. • Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes. • Independently manage and deliver all assigned training sessions and ensure timely handling of tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (French and English); • 1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Sales • Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools is essential! • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; valid passport, U.S. visa (if applicable), and full driver’s license are required
