📋 Description

• Build and optimize a scalable, multi-channel demand generation strategy that drives leads, MQLs, and SQLs • Analyze marketing and sales data to improve pipeline impact and revenue • Manage lead lifecycle optimization, ensuring alignment with SDRs and Sales on lead routing, nurturing, scoring, and handoff processes • Oversee email automation, landing pages, and content distribution, optimizing conversion rates across the funnel • Create and manage ABM and vertical focused strategies for larger providers • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for marketing performance • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects to completion • Manage vendor relationships for SEO, paid advertising, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on the SMB space • Expertise in building and running multi-channel campaigns • Must have prior experience in the SaaS space • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools • Experience with Pardot is a plus • Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other MarTech tools • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management skills • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
