📋 Description

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Contribute to and manage product strategy, priorities, and roadmap initiatives aligned with customer needs and company objectives. • Customer Discovery & Product Research: Lead customer discovery efforts including interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, and feedback synthesis. • Requirements & Product Delivery: Create clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements. • Analytics & Experimentation: Monitor feature adoption, engagement, retention, and product performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS Product Management or related software product roles. • Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams. • Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap management, prioritization, and software delivery processes. • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product requirements. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to make informed decisions using customer feedback, product analytics, and business priorities. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. • Proficiency with modern product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, Miro, or similar platforms. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
