• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value strategic partners—including technology integration partners, strategic resellers, data partners, and OEM partners—based on their ability to deliver mutual product value, support ecosystem-led growth, and expand Dealfront’s market reach. • Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring a high level of engagement and shared success. • Lead the negotiation, structuring, and finalization of complex partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure compliance and mutual benefit. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal) to ensure seamless integration, joint go-to-market execution, and successful implementation of partnership initiatives. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Develop and implement partner onboarding, training, and communication strategies to enable partners to effectively represent and sell Dealfront's platform.
• Proven track record (4+ years) in a Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Management role, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or MarTech/SalesTech environment. • Strong commercial understanding of the SaaS and B2B go-to-market landscape, including experience with data providers, technology integrations, and channel programs. • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and contract structuring skills with a history of closing mutually beneficial deals. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust with executives and cross-functional teams both internally and externally. • Ability to see the "big picture," translate strategic goals into actionable partnership initiatives, and manage multiple complex projects concurrently. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
