📋 Description

• Design and implement full-stack features combining elegant UX with robust backend systems • Architect scalable solutions across React, TypeScript, and Node.js • Shape technical direction and make architecture and infrastructure decisions • Build and optimize cloud-native systems using GCP • Mentor and uplift engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing • Own mission-critical API-to-UI surfaces used by lawyers to review, draft, and advise • Turn customer feedback into shippable specifications and ship quickly • Improve quality while shrinking lead time for change • Raise reliability through observability, testing, and fallbacks • Help build the leading legal AI platform for in-house legal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications • Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React • Deep understanding of React and frontend architecture • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) • Track record of designing scalable backend systems • History of making architectural decisions that stood the test of time • Experience with modern ORMs (Drizzle/Prisma) and API design • Knowledge of DevOps practices • Background in building secure, compliant systems • Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations • Experience mentoring other engineers • Understanding of legal tech or B2B SaaS
