📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database structures (schemas, tables, indexes, views). • Write, optimize, and debug Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers. • Work with AWS RDS for Oracle to support cloud-based database infrastructure. • Collaborate with application developers to integrate Oracle databases with business applications. • Improve database performance through indexing, query tuning, and optimization techniques. • Ensure data integrity, security, and robust backup/recovery processes. • Support database migration and integration projects, especially into AWS RDS. • Document database systems, workflows, and development standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Database Developer or similar role. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, schema design, tuning). • Experience working with AWS RDS for Oracle or similar managed database services. • Strong understanding of relational database design principles and normalization. • Proven experience in performance tuning and query optimization. • Familiarity with database security and backup/recovery strategies. • Desired: Exposure to other RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL). • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). • Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools. • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
