• Oversee collaboration across sales, design, production, outsourcing, administration, and support teams • Act as link between founder and frontline operations, managing daily workflows and VIP accounts • Own escalations from any department until resolved and close SOP/process gaps • Define, document, and enforce SOPs and provide team training • Monitor KPIs: turnaround times, error rates, design approval rates, conversion rates • Communicate regularly with founder on KPIs, risks, and decisions • Serve as primary contact for select VIP accounts and handle exceptions (quotes, customer communications, light proof edits, vendor coordination) • Report to founder and manage Sales, Design, Production/Outsourcing/Admin, Support teams • Aim for full takeover of founder's day-to-day operations and reduce escalations to near zero within 6 months
• Strong Communication – Effectively bridges information between the founder, teams, and clients • Problem-Solving – Quickly addresses issues, especially escalations, and develops solutions that prevent recurrence • Leadership & Team Coordination – Guides and motivates cross-functional teams • Adaptability – Navigates changing priorities, urgent matters, and operational challenges • Critical Thinking – Analyzes processes to identify gaps and improve efficiency • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered • 2–3+ years of management experience, preferably in production or service-based environment • Bonus: decorated apparel, screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, or promotional products experience • Strong verbal, written English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proven track record of owning outcomes and leading teams while stepping in on exceptions
