• Drive net revenue retention (NRR) by proactively identifying expansion opportunities • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, building and maintaining strong relationships • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets • Ensure customers are leveraging Deliverect’s full suite of features • Analyse customer usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams • Address customer challenges with urgency and creativity
• Fluency in English is required • Spanish language skills would be considered a strong asset • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related role within SaaS or restaurant technology • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships • Strong relationship-building skills • Understanding of the order management, restaurant technology, or food delivery industries • Data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights and analytics tools • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong business acumen and a customer-first mentality • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
