• Werde Teil eines neu gegründeten Teams, das smarte Lösungen zur Analyse und Kontextualisierung von Kommunikationskanälen (E-Mail, Chat, Social Media, VoIP) entwickelt. • Entwicklung skalierbarer Backend-Komponenten mit Symfony • Umsetzung kanalübergreifender Threading- und Kontextmechanismen • Integration verschiedener Kommunikationskanäle (E-Mail, Social Media, Chat, VoIP) • Arbeit mit syn- und asynchronen Schnittstellen • Erfahrung mit IMAP, SMTP und REST APIs • Mitgestaltung performanter Speicher- und Suchlösungen mit Elasticsearch • Aktiver Wissensaustausch und Mitarbeit an der Systemarchitektur im Team

🎯 Requirements

• Fundierte Erfahrung mit Symfony und komplexen Backends • Know-how in Kommunikationsprotokollen (E-Mail, Chat, Social Media, VoIP, etc.) • Erfahrung in Threading, Kontextualisierung und Skalierbarkeit • Vertraut mit Elasticsearch und Multi-Tenant-Systemen • Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Lösungsorientierung
