• Design, develop, and deliver structured technical training programs covering D·engage product features, architecture, and integrations. • Create high-quality training materials, including documentation, guides, tutorials, and video content tailored for internal audiences. • Facilitate regular onboarding sessions, product update briefings, and cross-functional learning workshops. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Developers to ensure all training content accurately reflects the most recent product releases and capabilities. • Evaluate training needs and establish a continuous learning framework that promotes ongoing product expertise across teams. • Manage and maintain training resources using Confluence, Zoho, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure accessibility and version control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Technical Trainer, Product Trainer, or Technical Consultant role within a SaaS or software product environment. • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated experience in creating engaging and structured training content — written, visual, and video formats. • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with attention to clarity and engagement. • Deep interest in technology, product education, and continuous learning, with the ability to simplify complex systems. • Hands-on experience with MarTech or Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions is a strong plus. • Familiarity with LMS platforms, Confluence, or Zoho Learn for content delivery and management. • Working knowledge of SQL , Data, and data analysis is preferred.
