📋 Description

• Imagine, architect, and operate an Intelligent Story System for a multi-brand healthcare enterprise • Set the vision across consumer retail operations, pharmacy benefit management, and health insurance business units • Shape and create Catalyzing Ideas that orchestrate across three business units • Build brand worlds and develop strategic narratives for enterprise leadership • Architect deployment of ideas across audiences, channels, moments, and contexts • Identify audience signals informing where and when ideas become urgent • Lead creative, media, product, and retail teams around integrated strategic ideas • Identify opportunities for ideas to scale across business units while preserving differentiation • Integrate media and creative strategy from idea through deployment • Build and steward mission-critical enterprise relationships and brief C-suite stakeholders • Assemble, lead, recruit, and develop a world-class integrated strategy team • Create psychological safety and challenge siloed thinking • Create a learning agenda, measure system performance, and optimize the system over time • Report to the Chief Strategy Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 13+ years strategy experience • Deep expertise in both creative strategy and media strategy • Demonstrated mastery of both disciplines, including how ideas and media interact • Proven track record defining strategic ideas, not just executing them • Leadership experience building and developing teams • Enterprise-level relationship management and comfort briefing C-suite • Deep understanding of interconnected strategic systems, not just campaigns • Comfort holding complexity across three brands, multiple audiences, and multiple signals • Ability to operate at a 30,000-foot strategic level and in the work itself • Evidence of thinking about how ideas propagate and compound over time
