• Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social platforms, respecting their brand voice and tone. • Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and increase engagement. • Help maintain safe, respectful online communities that align with clients' guidelines. • Identify and escalate issues, trends, or insights to the internal team as needed. • Develop a strong understanding of client brands: strategy, tone, and target audience.
• Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French, with strong cultural sensitivity. • Experience managing social platforms, particularly moderation and community interaction. • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone to different audiences. • Familiarity with major platforms (Facebook, etc.) — a personal account may be required depending on client needs. • Comfortable engaging with a variety of topics (technology, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceutical, etc.). • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and a strong customer-service orientation. • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
