📋 Description

• Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice • Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement • Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines • Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed • Become an extension of clients' brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience • Work a mix of day, evening, and overnight shifts aligned with North American Central Time

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English with strong cultural awareness • Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences • Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs) • Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma) • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts • Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends • Preferred, but not required: fluency in one or more of French, Spanish, Turkish, German, Arabic, Hebrew, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, or Greek
