📋 Description

• Solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients • Provide customer service and sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels • Establish advisory relationships by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention • Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure satisfaction • Review client needs, compile and analyze data, handle requests and follow up • Assist members and clients, listen to their needs and propose personalized solutions • Help identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement • Stay current on standards, products and services in the field • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Ability to establish advisory relationships and identify current and potential client needs • Ability to advise on specialized products and services • Ability to review client needs and compile and analyze data • Ability to handle requests and follow up as needed • Ability to propose personalized solutions • Knowledge of standards, products and services in the field • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Drive results • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning
