📋 Description

• Manage bank syndication financing for national accounts and corporate banking teams • Support day-to-day management of bank syndication files • Enter transactions, including disbursements, refunds and renewals • Produce notices, rate confirmations and account statements for files where the department acts as administrative agent • Process, follow up, validate and monitor accounting operations involving information analysis • Reconcile accounting operations and perform quality control checks • Ensure monitoring and authorization procedures are followed • Manage documents and update assigned files • Produce, revise, analyze and update documents and reports

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in administration, finance, accounting or a related field • Minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English • Proficiency with the Office 365 suite • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Differences • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
