📋 Description

• Manage bank syndication financing for national accounts and corporate banking teams • Help with the day-to-day management of bank syndication files • Enter transactions, including disbursements, refunds and renewals • Produce notices, rate confirmations and account statements for files where the department acts as administrative agent • Handle processing, follow-up, validation and monitoring tasks for accounting operations involving information analysis • Reconcile and perform quality control checks on accounting operations • Ensure monitoring and authorization procedures are followed so accounting operations are complete and accurate • Manage documents and update files under responsibility • Produce, revise, analyze and update various documents and reports

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in administration, finance, accounting or a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English required due to the nature of the duties, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients • Proficiency with the Office 365 suite
