📋 Description
• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention • Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure member and client satisfaction • Develop solutions tailored to client needs, negotiate terms, and prepare integrated service offers • Help achieve business development objectives by prospecting, identifying, and developing new business opportunities while balancing member/client satisfaction, profitability, and risk • Stay up to date on the latest standards, products, and services in your field
🎯 Requirements
• College diploma in a related field • At least one year of relevant experience • Proficiency in French is required • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM
