📋 Description

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls using a call generator • Efficiently respond to the immediate needs of business members and clients • Understand members' and clients' stories, challenges, and projects • Offer a personalized and value-added experience • Propose solutions and alternatives aligned with members' and clients' goals and ambitions • Provide businesses with tools to drive their success • Build loyalty through unique and personalized service

🎯 Requirements

• High school diplomas in a related field • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in customer service experience • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Experience in the banking or financial sector • Knowledge of French is required • Some positions require advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients • Knowledge of or interest in the business sector and business development • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays during the day
