📋 Description

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls using a call generator • Respond efficiently to the immediate needs of business members and clients • Understand members’ and clients’ stories, challenges, and projects • Propose personalized, value-added solutions and alternatives aligned with their goals and ambitions • Provide tools that help businesses drive their success • Build loyalty through a unique and personalized experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diplomas in a related field • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in customer service experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Experience in the banking or financial sector • Knowledge of French is required • Some positions require advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients • Knowledge of or interest in the business sector and business development • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays during the day
