• Help develop plans and business intelligence • Monitor business plans and performance • Set targets and identify opportunities to improve service delivery • Design and deliver business strategies and solutions • Advise and assist clients and partners • Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs • Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans • Solve complex problems using analytical skills • Interact with stakeholders in other fields
