📋 Description

• Help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims • Handle high-complexity property insurance claims and medium-complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims • Investigate and approve claims • Solve problems using analytical skills and extensive discipline-specific knowledge • Develop solutions, negotiate claims settlements, and enter into agreements with members, clients, third parties and others • Advise and assist clients and represent Desjardins to enter into important agreements with clients

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of four years of relevant experience • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Differences • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning
