📋 Description
• Help review claims and issue claims settlement directives • Provide settlement opinions for medium- to high-complexity claims • Coach internal advisors to develop their technical skills • Provide contract enforcement advice, verify settlement costs and ensure compliance with claims policies • Revise independent adjuster claims • Conduct research and serve as resource person, proposing solutions to conflicts and situations outside the expert’s scope of authority • Help prepare action plans based on claims reviews • Verify and approve claims settlements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Business insight • Complexity • Customer Focus • Differences • Nimble learning
