📋 Description

• Review claims and establish guidelines for the claims settlement process • Serve as technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for medium-complexity claims settlements • Help develop technical skills • Provide technical support for contract enforcement • Help claims advisors develop their technical skills • Analyze and approve claims settlements • Conduct research and serve as a resource person • Propose solutions to conflicts and situations outside the claims advisor’s scope of authority • Revise independent adjuster claims

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Ambiguity • Business insight • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Differences • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
