📋 Description

• Provide technical support for contract enforcement • Help claims advisors develop their technical skills • Analyze and approve claims settlements • Conduct research and serve as resource person, proposing solutions to conflicts and situations outside the claims advisor’s scope of authority • Revise independent adjuster claims • Review claims and establish guidelines for the claims settlement process • Provide discipline-specific support for the settlement of medium-complexity claims and the development of technical skills • Solve technically complex problems and prepare action plans based on claim reviews

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Ambiguity • Business insight • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Differences • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
